I want a free sample, how do I get one?
Go to this link and complete the steps as if you are buying the Hot Balls product on our website. The product & shipping are both $0. You will not be charged anything. You simply will need to enter your delivery address at checkout and complete the transaction.
I live outside of Ottawa, can I still get a free sample?
Currently, we're only serving Ottawa. Sign up for our email updates to find out when your location will be receiving samples.
How will my free samples be delivered to me?
We will be doing contact-less deliveries to all addresses in the Ottawa area. Once you have placed your order for a free sample you will receive an email from sherin@airfryerable.com by Feb 19 confirming your delivery date & timeslot.
When can I expect my free samples?
Deliveries are currently planned for Sat, Feb 20 & Sun Feb 21 -- assuming the Ontario-wide stay-at-home advisory is lifted on Feb 19.
Expect an email from sherin@airfryerable.com by Feb 19, 2021 confirming your contact-less delivery drop off date & time slot.
Similarly, she will send you an email as soon as your item has been dropped off to confirm delivery
What happens if I'm not home when you deliver?
Your Airfryerable Hot Balls free samples will be delivered to your doorstep in a freezable small box, while the samples inside will be vacuum sealed.
We highly recommend putting Airfryerables in the freezer as soon as possible and air frying (from frozen) when you're ready to try them! All samples are pre-cooked meaning even if they've thawed they're still safe to eat.
Do I have to use an Air Fryer to make these samples?
Our products are made for best results when made with an Air Fryer, however we do include cooking instructions for the oven as well.
How will I cook my free samples?
All free samples will be delivered contact-free, they will be vacuum sealed and contained in a small freezable-box which includes all cooking instructions.
